The Hawke's Bay grape growing region is situated on the east coast of New Zealand and is bounded in the west by the Kaweka mountain range and in the east by the Pacific Ocean.
Hawke's Bay, is loved for its sunny climate, fabulous beaches, sheltered coastal plains and long-established vineyards.

Deep red colour with lifted floral aromas.
The flavours are ripe and tannins are soft giving this wine early drinking appeal. A medium palate weight with clean red berry flavours and a lingering finish.
A pleasant wine with good complexity and subtle influences of oak.
Crushing / Pressing: Hand picked, crushed de-stemmed into tank.
Fermentation: Inoculated for fermentation with selected bordeaux yeast. Fermentation peaked at 28°. Following fermentation the wine was left on skins then was pressed off.
Barrel Handling: The wine was matured on oak chips for 9 months then filled to old oak for 8 months before being blended up and prepared for bottling.
Finning: The wine was palate fined with Egg white.
Filtration: The wine was filtered off egg white and bottled
